3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Glow With Katie, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the time you are working with us . You agree to update Glow With Katie with any health or related changes or concerns as required or requested.

4. Payment and Fees

Payment for services is due in advance, in accordance with the terms specified on our website /booking site (Fresha) or as agreed upon in writing during initial contracting. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide notice within the specified timeframe for cancellations or rescheduling, as set out in the terms and conditions via our booking site Fresha or in the contract agreed with if appropriate. Failure to do so may result in any work / service being forfeited or additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

Glow With Katie respects the confidentiality of client information shared during coaching sessions. However, there are exceptions where we may be obligated to disclose information in accordance with legal requirements - please refer to our Privacy Policy for specific details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Glow With Katie, including but not limited to coaching and experience materials, are the intellectual property of Glow With Katie and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Glow With Katie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Governing Law
